Beginner Bird Walks: Looking for an introduction to local birds? St. Louis Audubon offers many bird walks geared toward the beginner bird watcher. Everyone is welcome and the cost is always free! Need binoculars? We’ve got you covered!
Great Rivers Greenway Partnership: St. Louis Audubon and Great Rivers Greenway have teamed up to offer bird walks, especially for beginners, on or around the various greenways across the region. We recognize our roles in helping residents “get outside,” learn from, and be inspired by nature.
St. Louis Audubon has begun collaborating with the Missouri Young Birders Club. Watch for upcoming local Beginner Walks listed for interested young birders (8-17 years old) who might want to be part of the club. All ages are always welcome on any of our Beginner Walks or other field trips, but we’ll highlight some as MYBC walks.
