Beginner Bird Walk- Mississippi Greenway

This bird walk is offered in partnership with Great Rivers Greenway. We invite you to join others who share your interest in nature, birds, and wildlife! All experience levels welcome.

LOCATION: We will meet at Upper Trailhead in Cliff Cave County Park, located at 806 Cliff Cave Road, St. Louis, MO 63129. See the Google Map location here- https://maps.app.goo.gl/makrLjRS1wiH9i2n8

• From Telegraph Road, go east on Cliff Cave Road. Cliff Cave Road will curve to the left then to the right. Continue for 1.0 mile past the County Transportation and quarry entrance. The Cliff Cave County Park upper trailhead will be on your left across from England Town Road.

TIME: 6:30 pm – 8 pm

A beginner bird walk is a short (two hours or less) walk along a path or trail, either around a loop or out-and-back. It is designed, broadly, to help participants see as many birds as possible, and in particular to become familiar with a good variety of our commoner birds.
